MSI Afterburner works with AMD CPU's and GPU's, as well as Intel CPU's and Nvidia GPU's.

Does Any one know what fps counter that linus use?

Would you happen to have a screenshot?

Because it's probably Fraps, Rivatuner or an in-game fps counter.

I think he used MSIAB, as he has CPUGPU temps/percent, as well as FPS.

Yea RivaTuner is part of Afterburner, specifically for the in-game stats (fps) and hardware stats (temperature, clockspeeds, etc.).

For most people Afterburner would work.
