what board is that?  and assuming it has pcie switchers and you've got 2 identical cards that support it and you've got a bridge yes.

think it gotta specifically say SLI compatible for it to work since nvidia actually checks motherboard ID (?)

 

and crossfire can be done on pcie 3.0 x4, while nvidia required x8 minimum, so able to crossfire=/=able to SLI

If your board's manufacturer hasn't specifically mentioned that it supports SLI, no.

The mother board is ASUS ROG Strix B450-F and it's Crossfire compatibility

the strix f can have 2 of the pcie slots run at x8, but does it's page does not mention sli, and the chipset it self doesn't support sli iirc, either way don't bother with sli, it's kind of useless.
