I doubt this is real. You are saying that you are in Saudi Arabia for the first time and that you are new there. But in your previous post you claimed to live there.

Take it to the bank listed on the card.

 

I work as a bank teller for a small community bank and per policy, we would have to contact the customer when a card gets turned into us. The police seems like a good idea, but realistically, it'd be hard to find a contact for them. Taking it to the bank on the card, they should have the account number and the information for a particular customer.

RGB is very overrated.
