There are no publicly available amd APUs with 6 cores. The most is the 3400g with 4 cores. There are 4000 series APUs but only oems have them so you would need to buy a prebuilt.

The cheapest Intel cpu with 6 cores is the 10400. Any Intel cpu that doesn’t have f in its name has an igpu.

3400g is 4 core with igpu

4700g is 8 core with igpu (but difficult to find)

Non, that are at least available for consumers. 

There's the 3400g which is a 4 core, and there's zen e apus but those aren't available for consumers, just oems, and there's more to a a cpu than core count, there's the ipc and the cache layout and the fpu etc.
