Apparently no FE in Aus, but need smaller cards

Rayzioz

Will it be likely that the AIB partners (Asus in particular as i tend to always get their stuff) release a smaller 3080 card?

just read this morning that the FE might not be sold here in Australia.

it's a shame because the FE cards were the smallest compared to the AIB's where they all seem to be just around 320mm in length regardless of 3070 or 3080

with my inverted mAtx case, with the cables coming out of the PSU i think i can just squeeze in 290mm long cards...

3070 might be enough to run 1440p ultrawide at 120~ hz, but i don't tend to upgrade for around 6 years and with no SLI upgrade available this time i rather get the 3080.

Gamers Nexus said Zotac announced 7 new cards so I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Zotac are unreliable with their SFF cards in Australia, they skipped the entire 10 series. It might just be that Ingram Micro dont want to support the smaller quantity?
