Headphones

Letgomyleghoe.

I'm looking to finally get some good headphones after listening to a 17 year old sort by cheapest Walmart stereo speakers, t.v. speakers, and basically what i'm trying to say that I have no experience with good audio. The price range of the headphones i'm looking for is $200 though I can stretch it to $250. Most of the games I play are single player, so footsteps are not my priority, but they range from games like Doom eternal, Mario, Kerbal Space program, Witcher 3, and Dark souls. For music I mostly listen to my favorite themes in video games. I don't care if the headphones are open or closed back they just better be comfortable enough so that I can sit for around an hour or 2 without sweating. Oh also before somebody recommends me a pair of Kannons I don't fall sleep to a subwoofer singing we lullabys but otherwise I don't want to say the more the merrier but like the more the merrier until a point where there is to much of it. Other things to note is that I don't need a mic and I would prefer the headphones to be "fun" vs analytical.

The Samson Studio Headphones (SR850) seem like a good fit.

A quick google search tells me that these are quite a bit under my budget so unless there are no better options for quadruple the cost i'll probably not get them

DT 990s, 780s, or k371s are my choices

 the Beyerdynamics are more fun

Did you mean Beyerdynamic 770s because i'm pretty sure 780s aren't a thing but otherwise theses look like a pretty good options to look into.
