OMG! Where can I find cables like this?

Hi LTT community,
I found the most amazing USB plug ever. It's a USB Typ A combined with a micro usb. It's from a aliexpress 1600x USB microscope.
Are there any Cables like this? I couldn't find any.

type C is too thicc to fit there, unfortunately

had that thought right when i saw it

OTG is one of the reasons you'd want this, don't know any others though.
