Is Asrock a reliable motherboard brand?

I’m considering swapping out my Asus X570-I itx motherboard for the Asrock X570 phantom gaming itx/tb3 so I can use thunderbolt 3. However, I’m a bit hesitant based on the reviews of Asrock mobos. If you have any experience with Asrock mobos please let me know how it went.

Asrock doesn't make the highest end mobos but they do the job. I've had one of their boards for about five years with no issues. Of course that's a small sample size but I did some research and couldn't find a large number of people with the same widespread issue.

For what it's worth, I've built 4 PC's using their (cheap) b450m hdv and hdv 4.0 mb's...I've never had one issue out of any of them and they're about 2 years old now.
