get a 120gig ssd and an 1tb hdd. And I don't think you need that cpu cooler but I might be wrong. It might be better to drop the cooler and go with a stock one and save the money for a dedicated gpu to add later on.

I'd go with a smaller SSD and get an HDD for mass storage

I went single channel so you could get more if you wanted. You can shave off the HDD. Also the 265 is not out yet, also it will overpriced after day one.
