Can AC Liquid Freezer II 360 (or 280) be inaudible?

As per title. My current CPU is a 9600K, and my next one is probably going to be the highest i5 or lowest 7 of some future generation. Not likely to go i9 bar a spectacular bargain. Would obviously love to OC the heck out of it, but silence is paramount. However, my hearing tests as exceptional, and I also have some sort of neurological hypersensitivity problems, so I'm kinda wary about pumps. I know the Freezer's one is supposed to be quiet, and it isn't even very strong, plus I've seen some noise tests, but tests don't tell the whole story. I suppose a couple of people here are bound to have it — the 360 version, though it's relatively new — and a couple more will have the 280. So how's the pump? Can you hear it much? Can it be kept inaudible if you don't go for extreme OC?

If you care about noise, get a D15/D15S or similar air cooler that will let you run 2 low rpm 140mm fans.

I normally would, but I've seen some tests showing AC LF II 280 produce less noise than D15 for the same temps, which is what intrigued me, though I'm wondering if the pump doesn't stand out. Never had or seen/heard an AIO before.
