Probably a silly question about ASUS Turbo LAN

Okay, so I'm sure this is silly, but the question amounts to "Hey, what does this button do?"

 

Legit, I can't find any answer anywhere. The obvious seems to be priority settings, but like, that's already there. Anyone know?

Pretty much that, prioritizing. I don't have the software, but I would guess it blocks all other software/functions from using network than what is using Turbo.
