Using 3 monitors with different specs

Hey everyone, Im planning to use my 2k 165hz monitor as primary, 4k 60hz as secondary and 1080p 60hz as third. So since all the resolutions are different and refresh rates are different will my primary monitor refresh rate (165hz) get affected by the others at all? Can I use all monitors together without issues? Thanks

Ii you plan to use them to improve your workflow, you can actually run them with different resolutions and refresh rates.

I'm assuming you're not talking about gaming

you can run them just fine. games will need to be configured to run on the correct display at the correct refresh rate, because with different displays and refreshes it sometimes won't detect correctly when you launch a game but once you set it manually it should be ok.

I will be using this setup for gaming will the 165hz lock to 60hz then?

If you extend the 3 monitors this is your best case scenario. Without accounting for different response times, bezels, etc You should test it

But if you have 3 monitors hooked up you can still play the game on each one of them at their respective resolution and refresh rate.

I have a 144hz and a 60hz display, I can run my game @144hz in my main monitor, while using the second one for other tasks.
