They just replied. I switched to the live chat and they sent the email to the adress.

I recently convinced my dad to buy a 2 year PIA Subscription, except he entered the wrong email address twice while he was buying it. I am afraid he wasted his money. Is there any way to cancel or change the email account?

In meanwhile you should read their ToS, though in this situation just reversing order should be enough.

If he knows what he did wrong, ie the email address he entered incorrectly... just go into the account using the wrong email, with the correct password/2FA etc... and go to "your account", scroll down until you get to firefox_5WJu5TIqZU.png.d9e4a1a0f163f8fc5899194d4eb1a513.png

Actually you don't even need to know the email address, you're given a user name when you sign up... use that, then go to my account etc as I said above. Enter the new email address twice, and enter password, done.
