ill take a wild guess here :|

 

since psn keys are 12 digits. and will link to your account and not to the playstation itself (assuming that it's set up as your primary playstation) most likely it should work. like... your account will accept the key, and will be added to your library.  but if it's playable, i'm not so sure.

 

iirc. ps5 is backwards compatible with MOST games. but not all. so if the game is linked to your account. and is supported by the ps5. then most likely. you can play it :|

I think the last thing Sony said regarding backwards compatibility was that most of the top 100 PS4 games should be backwards compatible at launch.  So if you own them digitally, they should likely just redownload.  Or, better still, if they go the same route as Microsoft, you will still be able to use an external hard drive for storing previous gen games, saving your high speed SSD spave for games that can actually use it.
