Looking for recommendations for a desk chair

Hi everyone,

I'm now in a situation where I need to buy a new desk chair.

 

Kinda don't really know which one to pick.

 

Requirements:

* Needs to be okay for a tall person around 6'4 or 6'5

* Needs to be able to handle 300 lbs of weight.

* Need to be able to sit in for many hours every day comfortably.

* Absolutely needs to be under £300. Under £200 is preferable.

* Needs to be available in the UK. Preferably something I can buy on Amazon UK.

* Not needing to assemble the chair myself is preferable.

 

I've looked at Argos' website and their chairs don't meet the weight requirement.

 

Not sure what chair to buy and I need to buy the chair soon.

There are a couple ikea ergonomic chairs that will fit your needs.

Also @jaslion I've heard that Ikea chairs are only tested up to 110kg.

Okay so I found a new Autonomous ErgoChair 2 on eBay but there's some caveats.

2) The only unit available doesn't accept returns.

Dang, I would try to make an offer and see if they accept 300 for it.

It's definitely a nice chair, the ONLY gripe I have is the armrests are hard as heck so buy some cushions for them like these:

I'm a bit shorter than you at 6'2" but I love the chair as it's got a movable bottom which helps keep my knees elevated better than most chairs :)

Check Vertagear Triigger line and NeueChair they're more pricey but like half the price of Herman Miller whch they're like based on.
