I'm trying to help a friend get a laptop, and having an oddly hard time finding something to fit his niche. He wants a gaming laptop that's slightly better than his older one. His old laptop has a i7-4720HQ, and a GTX-960M, 16gb, and 512gb storage. The dealbreaker, and reason ive had a hard time finding something that fits, is that it NEEDS to have a touchscreen. Any ideas?

Don't do drugs. Do hugs!

Whats the budget? The only one I know of is the Razer Blade 15 Advanced Edition which has a 4k oled 60hz touch panel. But the cheapest config with that is $3200 (USD).

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

Then unfortunately I don’t know any. Maybe a regular touch screen laptop with good specs would be easier to find than a gaming laptop with a touch screen?

First one I found off a quick search is the MSI Creator 15. It's the creator version of the GS66. GenTech PC because they redo thermal paste and thermal pads for free. The cheapest option is $1800, though, but with an i7-10875H and RTX 2060.
