My First Build For Adobe Apps, Help me Getting the best out of $450

Budget (including currency): $400 to $450

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Adobe softwares

Other details 

i3 9100f - $80

Gt 1030 2gb - $87

8gb 2666mhz (Single stick) :- $43

Msi B365m PRO-VD :- $86

Cooler Master PSU 80+ 450W:- $37

Case :- $43

Kingston SSD (240gb):- 39$

Thermaltake Air cooler :- $14

Already Have a 1TB HDD

This totals around $429

This is my first time building pc and my biggest personal investment ever, Help me to get the best of my low budget, Thanks

I don't expect to be gaming at it much, Adobe Apps mostly rely on cpu, and only the exports and render needs gpu, so maybe 2gb is enough in the budget

$450 cant get you much new

Majority Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom and Some light work Premiere Pro, I had a AMD A3 before with integrated Radeon R5, pretty old hardware, and still it runs all Adobe app moderately.

Indians tend to resell at retail price or maximum 10% less than it, plus due to lockdown the public transport is at minimum

if you wanna save about 130 then take off gpu, but idk how vram would be then. ryzen would be better than intel considering you're not gaming and the intel one was an i3
