  • 2 weeks later...

@Super Spartan

Synthetic benchmarks are fine and all, but what are your thoughts on it? Like what are your likes and dislikes? Gripes? Did you keep it or return it? What would you change?

This was on my shortlist of ones I was considering. I also understand this is a bit old but you got more info?

Still after 2 weeks. I think it's the best laptop I've owned. A laptop is not just about benchmarks as you say. I type a lot and watch movies and this has one of the best keyboards in terms of key travel, tactile feedback and the quality of the keys is phenomenal not plasticy like other brands. The screen is great but wish it could be a tad brighter. The 300hz refresh rate is insane. Once you go 300hz you ain't goin' back trust me.

The laptop is very quiet compared to other gaming laptops and rarely do I hear the fans spin up. Couple that with Dell's excellent warranty and driver support. It's a winner.
