860 Evo SSD shows up in windows but not in disk migration software

I bought this brand new 860 evo and when I downloaded Samsung disk migration software and Samsung magician the drive does not show up there but when I check crystaldiskmark and HW/Monitor it does show up. I also tried to use minitool software to try and clone my current drive on it but it says that it has a different cluster size and I can't do it. Can anyone help?
