My card is missing 2 capacitors

I opened up my Sapphire Nitro+ Rx vega 64 and noticed that 2 capacitors seem to be missing (I bought this card used). Is it normal, that 2 slots are just empty or what happened here?

Edit: There are two versions of this card, one with 3 connectors and one with two. Ive got the latter

Okay, because all reviewers that showed the internals of this card did not have this (they did use the version with 3x8pin connectors though)

those are not capacitors,those are inductors..either way if you card works okay,no reason to worry,it's meant to be like that,and I don't see anything unusual on PCB like desolder joints etc..enjoy in your card.

2 empty capacitor slots and 2 empty inductor slots.

that is normal thing since that GPU is very power hungry...if it bothers you then change PC Case with sound supression.
