AMP for DAC and Beyerdynamic

Hello everyone
I have been watching Z Reviews channel on YouTube and am wondering if Massdrop THX\AAA\789 amp would pair well with my Geshelli Labs Enog 2 (balanced) DAC + Beyerdynamic DT990 600 Ohm headphones. 
The reviewer in one of his reviews says this is the best headphone AMP to buy.

The Asgard 2 would be a better pairing the thx amps are far too linear and the treble on the 990s being run off of the thx amps can be quite too harsh. The Asgard 3 is a smoother warmer amp and would be a better pairing ino
