Hi I’m building a new pc within a week or so and I’m wondering if this is a good psu.

Depends on the system. The ToughPower are fine for entry level builds but I would not use them in a higher one.

Is this a used system? Just a heads up but old 4c/8t xeons are starting to fall behind and you are a bit pushing it there.

6 or 8-pin (6+2) PCIe connectors. Off the top of my head, 1070Tis needed a single 8-pin for power, with some aftermarket cards having 8+6-pins.

All the required cables come included with the power supply, so you don't need to worry about not having the needed cables/connections.
