If it's a GND pin it should be fine. If it's just about any other pin your computer probably won't POST without it.

 

How bent is it? If it's not terribly you can usually bend it back.

if it's just a ground pin or a nonessential one then it's fine, you can try booting it up and check, if something is wrong try to straighten  it.

A little trick I learned once for bending pins back into place while minimizing additional damage. Grab a mechanical pencil and remove the lead from it. Insert the bent pin into the end and straiten it.

 

It's a little more full proof than needles, thumb tacks, or pliers.
