on non vurtualised Hardware thats a memory problem. try messing with memory settings in vurtural box.

Try max video memory and don't use 11GB ram use maybe 6 or 4

do you know this iso is legit? this seems to happen on bad isos a lot

I'm interested in knowing why you want to run XP X64 anyway. Is there a specific use case? XP64 is not a great OS, for a start it's not really XP but aside from that it's pretty temperamental and can be buggy.

I’ve tried both 4 and 6gb but the give me the Same bsod
