Missing 3 motherboard standoffs, should I be worried?

It'll probably be fine, but I'd advise you mount the standoffs where you've got the most weight on the board, so for instance I'd take out the standoff in the bottom left and put it in the middle right.

How come they're missing though?

Some cases do not have mounting points in those positions.  When that happens you have to be REALLY careful supporting the board with your hand as you plug the ATX connector and RAM in (probably best install the RAM before you put it in the case) but otherwise its fine.

I just can't find them where my case screws are, already searched everywhere.

I will make sure to be careful when putting atx connector in, ram is already in I put it while the motherboard was outside of the case. Thank you.
