so im limited to these hardware(due to pandemic) and budget

 

Ryzen 5 3500 using the stock cooler

MSI B450M Pro VDH Max

Palit 1650 Super Storm OC or Gigabyte 1650 Eagle

G Skill Trident Z 8x2Gb 3200mhz

Gigabyte P550B 550w Bronze

Gigabyte m.2 nvme 256gb + WD 1 TB

 

i dunno which to choose from the video cards listed any suggestions?

also if im gonna build this myself does the mobo needs to be flashed also?

 

Budget (including currency): 35,000 php

Country: Philippines

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: CS:GO, Dota mostly, sometimes photoshop

Get a 3600 - EASILY worth it over the 3500

 

The 1650S is usually bad value. a 1660 or 5500 XT may be worth considering. Hell, even a 1660 Super is close in price.

 

Get a proper power supply - a Corsair CX450 or Be Quiet System Power 9 500W

That seems like a solid starting place, however I would advise trading the Tridant Z RAM for the cheapest 8x2 3200mhz kit you can find and use all of that money towards your graphics card. If you can, wait two months for new hardware to release and you will get much much better bang for buck.

thanks for the suggestion! but in case what videocard should i go 1660 or the rx5500xt?
