PCI E 3.0 vs 4.0

hello guys i just want to a sk what do you think i have now rtx 2080ti and hopefully when nvidia will release 3080ti i would like to make upgrade now some people think that pci3.0 will be still enought for 3080ti without bottlenecking what do you think?

3.0 is fine at the moment. Though the 2080 To and Titan RTX are getting close to saturating it. If the 3080 Ti is a lot faster, it could be time to consider an upgrade. Not that it won't work but youal may lose out on 10% of its performance

i spend lots of money to buy best gaming pc that time a dont really want to make full upgrade just  because of gpu :/

Yep. heck 2.0 just recently got saturated. 

3.0 is more than fine.

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).
