Is my X73 working correctly?

I have a Kraken X73 cooling a 3800x. Idle temps are 35-40 Degrees, when running Cinebench temps reach 75 degrees and when gaming 60-65 degrees. Is this good for an AiO? I was reading on one forum and someone also had a 3800x with a X73 but was getting 60 degrees in Cinebench.

You can't compare temp results with others due to climate differences.

Reasons iE - Australia is way Hotter in Summer than other places, Canada is Colder in Winter than other places...

Differing Motherboards also don't use the same voltage for the same CPU, there are many factors that go into temps.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
