That card isn't a typical consumer facing model like ASUS' Strix or EVGA's FTW cards, it's a model meant to be sold in bulk to system integrators like Dell or HP.

The Chinese retailer sold the a card that is actually made for prebuilts ( like HP and Dell ) and not for the retail market

System Integrator = Smaller scale mass producer (like Pugit systems for example)

SKU = Stock Keeping Unit. A code that defines what a product is.

OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer. Large scale mass producer like DEll, HP, Lenovo etc.
