is there any OS installed?

if yes, it might not be detected by the system, or it's corrupted

i don't know my pc freezed today then i restarted and now stuck at bios screen

I see that the boot priority for the drives should be correct for the drive considering you only have one hard drive (though I see you've opted to use _4 instead of _1.)
 

But what about the Boot Menu (F8), what is set to boot first in there?

It is possible that the boot manager on the drive got corrupted, be it due to a faulty drive or due to something you've downloaded.

Repairing Windows Startup or Reinstalling it might solve it. (Both can be done with the Windows 10 ISO)

i also cant press anything during startup i press f8 to go recovery mod but nothing happens

i think so but i dont know why  it happened suddenly there was no problem like couple hours ago

that's how things are i suppose, it works until one day it doesnt

Your CMOS probably got cleared. Make sure your drive settings are correct (AHCI vs IDE vs RAID), and that your boot order is correct. That usually resolves this.

i checked everything nothing wrong with hard drive i guess its cuz of corrupted files
