BT earphones only showing "hands free AG Audio"

When I first connected the BT earphones, the mic was automatically shifted to the "stereo". After some time when I disconnected and reconnected the earphones, there's no option like stereo in the input. I'm only getting the hands free AG audio and the laptop's inbuilt mic. AG audio quality. I tried doing the solution here but it did'nt work for me. I tried uninstalling reinstalling all the drivers as well. I can't seem to FACTORY RESET my device as the methods online aren't working. I'm on Boat 100 Wireless.
