black/red H440 build (complete, not final)

well, my H440 came in the mail yesterday and I put my build together, my camera decided to not save a bunch of my pictures so I basically have before and after.

 

introducing to the forum "The Dread Pirate Radeon"

It has my FX6350 cpu and Radeon HD6850 graphics and other things from my sig.

and I have my amd aio cooler (antec 920) mounted in the front of the case and with the front bezel / panel off it only runs ~1c cooler. so air is not restricted much.

 

I really wish I had better pictures of this. the matte black finish is so nice and smooth. and the stock fans run very quiet, I can only hear my computer because I am mining right now.

I thought this case is modded. They really made one for AMD fanboys.

Meh, you won't be able to easily remove and install another GPU with the tubing in the direction it's in, the pump probably has to work harder since it will need to pull the coolant up instead of it being in a more natural flow (although I may be wrong) and the LEDs bring the amount of red overboard. And why ECS? Their boards are mostly crap, using lower end components than the competition.

 

Still, not too bad.

Well if it would be only one way ofc it would be harder for the pump, but theres also a coolant coming down pushing the coolant from the gpu upwards which make it easier for a pump to do the job

Still, not too bad.

the tubing is not in the way of the card, it clears it. I test fitted my friends old GTX275 sli to see what it would look like. and also it is far less red in person.

Looks great but I don't think the pictures do it very much justice! Nice build, I have been waiting for a nice red/black build in this case!

yeah if I had a camera that did better in low light the pictures would be so much nicer, the black finish is so smooth it is unreal, I only foutd two or three minor defects in the surface of my case.
