I already tried it. That is what I am saying. It does not let me push 4.2.

Now it crashed at 1.3volts and 4.1 ghz when benchmarking.

That to me is very concerning.If you haven't done the bios update and installed the chipset drivers already then definitely do that, otherwise its probably just a bad chip.

You're not really supposed to but you could RMA it and get a new chip. When did you buy your cpu?
