Issues With the ASUS Xonar STX

Alright guys, here I am with another issue... This time it is really annoying me.  I am having issues with my mic and the sound card, ASUS Xonar STX, and I was wondering if any of you guys new how to fix it.  I listen to a LOT of music, but I also game a lot too, and when I talk, there is a noise that apparently sounds like I'm talking through a fan when using Team Speak.  Looked at the IRQ's, but wasn't sure how to change the order of them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
