Hi im Matt

I am having problems with my graphics card an EVGA 2080ti Black Edition Gaming.

The first problem i had i was playing a game while listening to music and my computers monitors just went black and couldnt display an image but i could still hear audio coming from my computer. I restarted my computer and though it was just a crash, then i started playing the game again and listening to music and about an hour later it did it again. so i restarted my computer tried to update the driver thinking it could be a bug in the driver. i had nvidia driver 451.48 installed and then updated to driver 451.67 while updating the screen when black and the green lines showed up again. i didnt think much of it and restarted but once restarted only 1 of my displays showed up and the resolution wasnt correct so i tryed to fix it in windows settings.

this didnt work so i ran DDU to remove the drive and reinstalled the latest driver and had the same green lines show up on the screen while i was trying to change settings in windows.

I have attached photos of my monitors with the green lines showing up on it.

Thanks

451.48

Ddu the drivers again.

If you have any overlock get rid of it.

This could be either dead vram or dying vram but just to be sure. If you have any overlock get rid of it.

That is how dead or dying VRAMs look. RMA it is. Before anyone else says its overclock related, overclocks dont apply on 2D situations and also when there is no load. This is clearly VRAM issue and if it was overclock related it would appear when there was load on thecard itself.

I assure that even if OP had an i-gpu it would not contribute to this.

The most an iGPU would do is tell if you the issue is with your dGPU or not(which this pretty clearly is, so yeah).

By the way OP:
Love the profile picture, totally epic :)

Since OP clocked the card, and lets say now it's damaged and want to  RMA it,can EVGA figure out that owner clocked it?

In that way I don't think anyone would give you warranty for it...

I don't understand why you people clock the high performance cards?

If I was EVGA ofc I wouldn't give you replacement card,

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with, and even if you think I'm rude or not polite, forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Thanks for understanding.
