XMP isn't work on my Asus Z390-i

Hello,

I was hoping you can help me out as I can't get XMP to work my ram is only being recognized as DD4-2132 (1066mhz) when it's suppose to be DDR4 3200mhz. I just noticed this as I ordered the pc parts a year ago... stupid me for not realizing it but I updated my BIOS and realized it wasn't working.

Ram I have G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200:

Motherboard ASUS ROG Strix Z390-I: https://www.newegg.com/asus-rog-strix-z390-i-gaming/p/N82E16813119159?Item=N82E16813119159

I've tried XMP 1 & 2, I also tried to set the 3200mhz manually. I am at a loss and asking for any suggestions on what to troubleshoot next. I am semi tech savvy but not super tech savvy. I'll attach what CPU-Z says below:

It is running 3200mt/s which the effective clock speed is 1600mhz.

Also known as DDR or Double Data Rate, so 1600mhz x2 = 3200 mt/s

Mt/s = million transfer per second.
