Ez Debug led VGA light is dimley lit but not "on" the GPU displays fine though

Should I worry?  The EZ debug vga light is not necessarily "on" but its glowing like I can spot it in the dark. Its like it has a charge going through it. It boots okay, my GPU displays fine too . I re-seated it and checked the cables  reset the CMOS. I just updated the BIOS which was released. Is it my GPU or is my motherboard just a bit screwy? I built this PC a week ago and it just started doing it recently tod

@Staggeredwalk Are there any other lights nearby? maybe the light is leaking from there? It happens rarely but there is a chance.

No the other lights are off, that's is what I assumed was going on but then no. It's strange. Well it's been two days and nothing else strange has happened since I updated the AMD Drivers bc I had the typical amd driver shit going on. When I boot the pc the Ez Debug work as they should be, accept the " glowing" that is happening
