DRAM calculator not working at max speed

Hi,

I am trying to OC my RAM using DRAM calculator. I have inputted all the settings, but it will not boot. However, if I drop the RAM frequency from 3200mhz to 3000mhz and FCLK from 1600mhz to 1500mhz, then it boots.

Below is screenshot of DRAM and Thaiphoon. I am new to OC so don't really understand this stuff, just copying a youtube video and what the calculator says. Any help very much appreciated. Thanks. Oh and I have B450 tomahawk max and ryzen 7 3700x

If you can't reach the advertised speed

Set the soc to 1.1

Dram to 1.35

Make sure the ram is in slot 2 and 4

Then set it to 3200

If it boots

Use memtest86 and OCCT to verify that it's stable

@TofuHarotoUnfortunately that did not work. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Some more detail: I am changing all the settings it says, even power and gear down mode etc which people say not to change. Should I be doing all settings or just a select few?
