Please help me

Tacos16x20

Just finished putting together my PC, when I turn it on, the RGB for the Motherboard and RAM light up, the power supply fan spins up for about 4-6 seconds and then stops, I'm getting no display to my monitor, and no beeping(someone asked about my motherboard speaker, I said I didn't know anything about it).

I'll post the parts I'm using, and they are a bit strange, our company ordered the wrong parts or too much of something and we were just told to take what we want.

I'm using Corsair Vengeance Led 4 x 8gb 3200MHz for RAM

Just connect the drive you want as boot, first... then add the rest later.

I frequently edit any posts you may quote; please check for anything I 'may' have added.

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

WHY NOT...?!

But shouldn't any of the fans be spinning? Even the CPU fan? Because not a single fan is spinning

Can the 'board get into the BIOS?

It usually comes in the box as a separate little item

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Did you test the 'board, on the box, before you built into the case?

These aren't as common as they used to be, these days... esp. with the rise in populairty of code displays.

First I would read this Post, and try the steps it recommends.

Not sure if this is common knowledge or not, but do i need to have a hard drive plugged in when i take the mobo out and start it up?

Alright, i have the motherboard out, sitting on the mobo box, the cpu 8 pin cable plugged in, and the 24 pin plugged in, monitor plugged into the motherboard as well, using display port, is there anything else i need to do before i turn the power supply on?

Was used to my old computer having an APU so i didnt need a GPU for a while, just put the 1060 in the motherboard, now all i do is flip the power supply switch, right?

Turned the Power supply on, the rgb on the mobo lights up, the ram no longer lights up, none of the fans are spinning up (ie. cpu cooler, gpu, and psu), no display whatsoever either

No noise from the motherboard, no little red dot or anything anywhere either

Turned the power supply off after about 45 seconds because it didnt seem right

Is the CPU cooler fan connected?

Reseat two matched RAM sticks in slots 2 & 4 - away from the CPU.

Does the 1060 have it's power?

Fan is plugged into CPU_FAN
Changed the RAM slots so now its 2 and 4
And yes the GPU has its 6 pin plugged into it
