Failure to post- everything tried

I have a two month old build.

 

AMD Ryzen 3700

Asus tufgaming x570

samsung 1tb ssd

seagate 2tb hdd 

Cooler master 212 evo

gigabyte 2080
powerspec 850w Gold80+

 

All issues started 2 days ago when I swapped the ryzen stock cooler for the 212 evo. After install my tower failed to post but still powered up. Tower lights up and all fans spin. 

What I’ve done:

-unplugged and unmounted everything, put back together piece by piece

-replace mobo and cpu with brand new copies. -checked all cables.

Tower powers on but I cannot get signal from tower to mouse/keyboard/or monitors.

What happened when you put that Ryzen cooler back on, it didn't go back to posting?  What prompted the replacement mobo and cpu?  

 

Sounds like you didn't install the 212 Evo correctly is all.  Even if so, the CPU wouldn't;'t have been damaged and need replacement.

No- I’ve tried my old cpu (two months old) and a new one that has never has a stock cooler on it

I'm confused how you got from no boot due to a CPU cooler (mis)install to a PSU failure.  Especially if the machine was working completely fine previously.

 

I just get the feeling there is something you're not telling us.  Did you damage anything when doing the install?  Drop something?
