I am more interested on the brass beam(the first pic)

I planning to mock this graphics card mount to my ghetto(no professional manufacturing/fabricating) case modding

I'd call them standoffs, not sure if that's their name though.

me too. the brass beams that im talking about looks like a long boi motherboard standoff. but idk what is the technical/proper name of it.

Not an exact technical name for them but standoff is what it would fall under. Open bench uses something similar and calls them PCI-E standoffs:

you do no there better gpu mounts then that... trying to mount just the standoff would be a pain if its not the right height.
