Best ear buds for under $30?

I want to buy a new pair of ear buds but I would like some advice.

 

- I prefer in-ears because they fit a lot better and don\t hurt my ears.

- No weird designs (over ear kinda thing).

- Under 30 USD (or 25 Euro's).

 

Current rig: CPU: AMD FX-8120  Cooling: Corsair H100i  Mobo: ASRock 970 Extreme 3  RAM: 8GB 1333Mhz  GPU: MSI GTX 660Ti Power Edition  Case: Fractal Design Define R4  Storage: 2TB Seagate HDD + 128GB Crucial SSD  PSU: be quiet! 730W bronze

I don't think their is a ton of variation in terms of sound quality in that range. I would buy what looks comfortable.
