I'd really look at the used market, or at the very least get something like this:

But buy a used GPU, something like an RX 580 8GB for $150 or less would be good. As for CPU options look for the R3 3300x when you actually go to buy parts, it would be a better gaming CPU.

You should be able to find an rx580 on Amazon or eBay. A gpu is not a component that you can add afterword because neither of the cpu doesn’t have an integrated gpu. The ryzen 5 1600 is better than the ryzen 3 3300X. If you can find it for less or a similar price to the ryzen 3 3300X then it’s worth it otherwise get the ryzen 3.

Ebay, or check you local market on Kijiji or the equivalent classifieds.

 

For gaming the 3300x would be better yes.

Yes the 2200G has integrated graphics, so you could upgrade the CPU and get a GPU later on. Although for $8 more get the 3200G.
