Talking out loud here - isn't the CPU pump wire 3 pin and the fans 4 pin?  I was just installing one of these the other day.  Are those the 4 PWM fan lines?

Here is my general understanding of what goes where with this, though there are probably better documented instances of this online. PWM is the pwm pin on a fan connector, PWR is 12v, gnd is ground, and then TACH is the RPM signal from the fan (tells mb how fast the fan is going). Based on this, you can kind of figure out what goes where. Also, why aren't you just using the regular connectors?

idk but when i use the "3 pin" which is 2 diffrent connectors the cpu is sitting at 70 c at idle. and when the 3 pin is plugged in the leds turn on but the pump dont seems like it turns on.

So its 3 pin 3 pin daisychain as male?  That would mean you connect female fan headers (the wires that come off the fans themselves)there.  If so I was wrong in my original statement (I have the GTX version not sure how it correlates to the V2)

well no its a 3 pin split into a 2 pin and 1 pin. the one pin is for the fan headder on the mb while the other is a sata power connector.
