Gigabyte X570 BIOS

Still learning, but should i be changing anything here?
Cinebench run got it to 73c, but im ok with that. Is the high voltage going to damage the chip even if temps are ok?
I basically just up multiplier and volts...keeping temps reasonable. My first Ryzen, still learning.

dang your using 2nd gen.

from what i know going into the bios isnt a very good way to overclock ryzen 3rd gen. use ryzen master and follow this ltt video

some of this video should be relevent(?) because x570 is out of the box comp with 3rd gen but some of the features might be different or not present

High voltage will kill CPUs even at low temperatures. For 2nd gen, dont let it exceed 1.4V in all core stress tests.

i pushed one ccx to 4425 GHZ and another to 4325 GHZ. At idle i get around 40 c or less, moderate usage is around 40-56 and gaming is 56-75. Stress test temps are around 80

About the same here for temps with an older Corsair H105 ( still dont know why they stopped making them )
Idle temps are high on Ryzen ive noticed.

i think its pretty good. lacks some of the asus features that were mentioned in the overclocking video but is overall a nice board.
