I work doing livestreams, so I sometimes i'm apart of the PC and i need a remote or something along those lines, to change scenes remotely.

Does anyone know something like this, that I can buy?

You could use a algato stream deck. (sorry for wrong spelling)

Could you link the video from which this screenshot was taken, maybe that will give further context to be able to better answer your question?

 

Many streamers use Corsair's Elgato Stream Deck, although I can't say for sure that that is exactly what is being shown in this frame:    https://www.elgato.com/en/gaming/stream-deck
