So I woke up this morning and noticed the hdd led is constantly on/off like any faster and It'd look solid white. and I'm hearing some sort of clicking noise, like sometimes I can hear it, and other times even though my pc is comepletely next to my desk every now and then I can feel it when my hand is on my mouse. Is it a bad hard drive or fan maybe? or would this be some sort of coil whine?

Probably a hard drive going bad. But it could be fan vibration, I just installed a new fan and now I am getting a buzzing noise, sorta sounds like a hard drive.  Try taking the side panel off while it is making the noise and feeling around, see if you can find where exactly it is coming from.

It appears to be my boot drive (WD Caviar Blue) New hard drive recommendations? I don't want to spend that much preferrably 1tb and under $120?

Would it be a good idea to get a seagate sshd I'd prefer to stay with WD since it's easy to transfer my files.
