So I'm using an RTX 2060 ventus 6gb and Ryzen 5 2600, the CPU temperature goes to a maximum of 64*C and GPU goes to max 75*C with Air conditioner off at an ambient temp of 29-30*C. When I switch the Air conditioner on the CPU drops to 58*C and GPU drops to 61*C. Is it safe to play game with a GPU temperature of 70*C above or I should always try to keep it in range of 60-65*C? I'm not using any sort of liquid cooling or stuff for the system and the I keep the side panel off normally.

cpu / gpu can handle temps up to 120c, but it will protect itself at above 100c to prevent burning.

newer cpu idles at around 40c and max at 80-90c.

so your situation is pretty normal.

But max it can handle is 120C

So 100C is actually 20 below max

Well the max safe and max the silicon can handle imo have a bit of a gap too, but it might even differ between different CPU / GPU architectures.
