I don't recommend to update the BIOS in case of bad RAM,it may corrupt the BIOS or even brick the PC.

What ?

No that won't happen

If you want to be extra safe take the undetected ram and then update the bios

BIOS flashing requires running the processor and of course RAM, if the bad RAM happens to be used for that process you can end up with a corrupted BIOS and a brick.

Need to find and take out the bad RAM first, at which point it makes little sense updating the BIOS if that was the problem.

There is no "undetected RAM".

no probs...

tbh the RAM functions just fine(at least from what I can tell), maybe it was a one time sort of false positive by windows update or somethin'?

It was probably a one time thing,if you got no errors or warnings in the tests then you have nothing to worry about :D
