2 network stream and game help

so i wanted to setup 2 network for game and stream 

first network is adsl which is slow and gets about 7mbps of download and 1mbps of upload 

second of is lte which has a good speed

adsl using lan connection 

lte using a wireless usd adapter

this is my only option as our countries network is so slow and has so much drops

so everything runs on the lan network on default and i dont know how to setup obs to work on wireless one
